qwenimage2 Content License

This License governs how you may use content generated with qwenimage2 ("qwenimage2", "we", "us"), a SaaS platform providing access to the open-source qwen-image-2 model and related AI generation services. It complements our Terms of Use. By generating or downloading outputs from qwenimage2.online, you agree to this License.

1) Your Rights to Outputs

Subject to Sections 2–4 and applicable law, you own the rights in the outputs you choose to save and may use them worldwide for personal and commercial purposes without paying royalties to qwenimage2.

Permitted uses include:

  • Design drafts and references for creative work
  • Social media, portfolios, websites, and marketing
  • Merchandise and client work (as permitted by applicable provider terms)

2) What You Must Not Do

You may not use outputs to:

  • Violate the law or third‑party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity)
  • Create non‑consensual or exploitative content, or impersonate a real person
  • Generate or share prohibited content (e.g., CSAM, hate, harassment, unlawful deepfakes)
  • Train or improve competing foundation models without our written permission
  • Misrepresent that an output was created by a specific human artist

3) Third‑Party Model Terms

qwenimage2 may route your requests to third‑party model providers. We are not affiliated with those providers. When a provider’s terms apply, you must follow them. If provider terms conflict with this License, provider terms control for the portions they govern.

4) qwenimage2’s Limited License to Operate the Service

You grant qwenimage2 a non‑exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your prompts, uploads, and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service and to comply with law. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

5) Trademarks and Personal Rights

This License does not grant rights to use qwenimage2’s name, logo, or trademarks, and it does not grant rights to the name, image, or likeness of any identifiable person without consent.

6) Output Disclaimer

qwenimage2 outputs are provided for inspiration and planning. You are responsible for verifying suitability, rights, and compliance for your intended use.

7) Warranty and Liability

Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. qwenimage2 disclaims liability arising from how you use outputs. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for your use case.

8) Revocation

We may revoke or limit this License for accounts that violate our Terms or this License. Revocation does not affect uses made before the date of revocation where permitted by law.
